How does the 60-second quote actually work?
Tell us your address and what you need cleaned, and you'll see a real price range right away — no waiting on a callback. Add a photo of each side and we firm it up to an exact number. A copy lands in your inbox with a link to pick a time. No phone tag, no "we'll get back to you."
Do I need to be home?
No — it's exterior work, we just need access. Leave a gate code or any access notes when you book and we'll take it from there.
What if my actual job is different from the quote?
We show our math. If conditions on-site differ from what you told us, we tell you before we start and agree any change with you first — never after. If we cannot do the job as quoted, your deposit is refunded. No surprises.
Do you do recurring service?
Yes. Quarterly windows and monthly solar are the ones people ask for. Mention it in your notes when you book and we set the schedule up with you — recurring visits are priced below one-offs, agreed up front.
How do I pay?
A 30% deposit secures your booking, paid by card through Stripe. The balance is invoiced by email after the job and due within 7 days. If your quote is an estimate rather than a firm price, nothing is charged until we have confirmed the exact number with you.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, from the link in any of our emails — free up to 24 hours before your slot, and your deposit moves with you or comes back. Inside 24 hours a person handles it; the deposit covers the crew time we reserved. Weather moves are always free.
