Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured with general liability and commercial auto. We disclose ladder and rooftop work honestly. Certificate of insurance available on request.
What if my actual job is different from the quote?
We show our math. If conditions on-site differ from your photos, we tell you before we start — and you can walk away with your deposit refunded. No surprises, ever.
Do you do recurring service?
Yes. Quarterly windows, monthly solar, and seasonal grill cleaning are our most popular plans. Recurring customers get 15–25% off list pricing.
How do I pay?
A 30% deposit secures your booking (Stripe). The rest is charged after the job, when you're happy. No paper invoices, no phone tag.
