Glint and Sparkle LLC ("we", "us") is a California limited liability company based in Rosemead, CA, providing exterior cleaning services in the San Gabriel Valley. Contact: glintandsparklellc@gmail.com.
Quotes
The quote tool prices your job from the address, property records, answers and photos you provide. A quote is an offer to perform the described work at the stated price or within the stated range, subject to the service agreement, for 30 days from the date shown. Estimated ranges are estimates; a firm price is exact when on-site conditions match what you provided. We may decline any booking before a deposit is paid, in which case nothing is owed by either side.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to request service at the address you give.
Booking and payment
Booking reserves a time slot. A 30% deposit is collected through Stripe when a firm price is confirmed; the balance is invoiced after the work and due within 7 days. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund rules are set out in the policies page and the service agreement, which control.
The service agreement
By ticking the box on the booking page you accept the Residential Service Agreement and Liability Waiver at the version shown there. Commercial work is performed under a separate written agreement.
Using this site
You may use this site to get quotes, book, and manage your own bookings. You may not use it to submit false information, probe or overload it, scrape it, or interfere with anyone else's use. Links in our emails ("manage", "pay", "pick a time") are personal to the booking or quote they refer to — do not share them.
Content on this site (text, design, images) belongs to Glint and Sparkle LLC. You may not reuse it without permission.
Liability
The site and quote tool are provided as-is. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every quote is free of error; where a quote is wrong we will say so before any work starts and agree the correction with you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service. Liability for the cleaning work itself is addressed in the service agreement.
Governing law
California law governs these terms. Disputes are handled in the state or county courts serving Los Angeles County.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Bookings are governed by the agreement version you accepted at the time.
